Sadly not a specific kit out there any longer for the Savage line, but you can buy parts to make it yourself... I pieced mine together using an old turnbuckle I made for the brake linkage, and throttle linkage I had around from something from years back...

This was covered very well recently by Gazzman & Jam1 on there own savages! 👍🏻

The Savage came with a set of 23/24 & 25T servo horns, the most popular size seems to be 25T as your DS3225 25kg servo uses. Airtronics (Sanwa), KO, JR and Multiplex used 23 splines but like Jamo states either get the original 25T savage throttle/brake servo saver or just do an Ofna throttle conversion using the alloy horn you have, a Fastrax FAST94RBK throttle linkage kit, a couple of rod stoppers & a piece of 2mm rod to replace the standard throttle rod. The whole conversion will cost you around £7 and works so much better than the std setup.

The 3 differnent standard horns supplied with the Savage when boughrt new.

@Dipstick1977, There is as Jamo said no after market throttle/brake mod for the Savage anymore but you can do your own with the parts I listed in a previous post about this.
The main part you will need is the Fastrax FAST94RBK Throttle/brake linkage set, these cost £2.99

The servo horns I use are these @£3.99ea but you could use a plastic one of similar size & shape

You will need 2 rod stoppers to fit a 2mm rod. A pack of 4 costs £2.99. & 3 small springs, I use the springs from ball-point pens cut down to length

The last thing you will need is a new throttle rod, the brake one can be reused but the throttle rod will be to short and will need to be replaced, I use 200mm x 2mm rods and cut them to the required length

The last thing you will need is a set of Z bend pliers to put the kink back in the end of the throttle rod were it fits to the bell-crank. You could use a ball & cup fitting on this end if you want instead.
Or you could talk to your local model shop nicely and they will put the bend on the rod when you but it.
These rods cost around £3 for a pack of 10.

The end result is this. far better and safer than the standard setup from HPI.

Gazzman, good stuff! 👌 You convinced me that I really need to order z-bend pliers from Amazon.

Yep those Z-bend pliers really do make quick work of it, and for the cost of a set well worth having in your tool box. Don't know where your based but here in the UK will set you back around £13. May only use them once in a blue moon but your be glad you got a set when that time comes.😉👍

Gazzman, I now see that it's not so easy to find this Z-bender at a reasonable price. 😬 The one you have is made by Prolix, right? I found one in the US but the asking price is around $30 plus I am sure a hefty shipping & import charge. Where may I find this thing for 13 quid?

Thanks for the link mate!

Unfortunately there aren't any RC shops close to me. Plus, where I live, shop clerks behave like good looking prostitutes in Amsterdam's red zone. They never do stuff for free...

The ones i use are made by ProLux and I'm sure if you look you will find a set for a similar price state-side, after all every thing to do with RC stuff is so much cheaper than here in the UK.🤞

I am actually not that far from where you are.
