Is the servo saver bolted props summat loose broke or missing

Hi!
Thanks for your message, the car is completely new. So the servo saver isn't broken I think.
I tried to tighten/loosen the servo saver screws (both under and the top one) but I couldn't get any movement because it was already completely tightened, now the inside of the screw head is damaged. I can rotate the hex driver freely, but it won't make a difference.
But as I said, it was already super tight, that's why I also couldn't get it loose.

Any other ideas?

I hope you understand my message, English isn't my first language.

I haven't driven it yet so I also don't think anything is missing, it's literally fresh out of the store and I installed this new servo.

I cannot access Youtube.

Are you able to remove the servo horn from the servo?
Given your current situation, I would:
A. Remove the horn
B. Turn on the transmitter
C. Turn on the receiver

Doing this "centers" the servo and would allow you to test the servo function.
The servo will either work or give you a direction on something to chase down and repair.

You can then manually test the steering.
If you don't feel any hang-ups, reinstall the servo horn and test your steering again.

Hi, please try to watch the video again, it has to do with the servo saver, the servo+servo horn and correctly installed on the 0 point.

Let us no how you get on with it n remember i no it’s new but summat cud still be broke or not fastened peoplly av add it all apart

I btw fixed this issue by adding another aluminum ring to the servo saver so the spring gets pushed more inwards.
Easy fix for anyone with the same issue!
Works perfectly now!
