Scored a good deal on an XL

Scored this truck with a heck of a good deal. Started right up. Replaced clutch bell. Haven't taken it back out due to the rain. Got big plans for this one.

That center skid looks pretty cool. I'd ditch the K/N filter though. They don't keep out the fine stuff.

I wish I'd have bought an XL as my first truck, but hindsight . ... I'm ready to get the LRP 30 in mine and see what it can really do.

I had another one a few years ago and sold it...stupid move. I had it all tricked out. Like I said I got plans for this one too. I have a Savage 25 and 4.6 but hav e always loved the XL. Had an Octane too...BUT it is now gone :-D

Heck yea, I love the beefiness of the XL and Flux platform. I just got an XL length Savage X, haven't even fired up the engine yet (LRP 30) because I sold all my nitro savage stuff......TWICE. And here I am again. Post lots of pics and keep the thread going man, I'd like to see what all you do with the truck.
