kinda. my 3s is too fat for the flux box. gonna remove the panel on the tvp side & 'hardpack' the LiPo & velcro strap

Probably a last resort, but nothing says you can't cut 'em down & glue them back together.

Freddy, another option for you is to just buy a sheet of lexan from Home Depot or Lowes (more variety of sizes and thicknesses on ebay and cheaper). Then just heat it up and form it to the size you need. Check here for a better idea on how to do it.

Doesn't exactly have to be vacuum formed, but it'll give you an idea of how to do.
