Receiver suggestions

I recently lost 3/4 of my antenna wire while running my Savage 4.6x the other day and now I'm thinking about upgrading my receiver. Any suggestions on a good/fair priced replacement? I usually shop with Tower Hobbies. Thanks, Steve

OK so your looking to upgrade it all then. Do you want 2.4? Is the savage your only model or do you have/plan to have more?

land and air TX's are different ... Being you only have one Id look into the Futaba 3pm or like TX/RX

there is a cheap spectrum radio as well dx3e or dx2e I'm not sure about the dx2e tho

Mickey is right, there is the Spektrum DX3E 2.4Ghz, built in fail safe, no more colour coated chips.

I grabbed mine and a buddy's spectrum from ebay cheap .
he a dx2 and dx3 have had them for a few years now , and boy makes like easy.
