RC4WD Tire & Wheel

Hey guys, I been having a aggravating time finding some wheels that will fit the RC4WD Pulling tires.

I'm going to build a puller and having hard time figuring out what wheels will fit. I really didn't want to spend $69.00 for 2 of RC4wd wheels. That and everything I do find is out of stock everywhere.

The size listed for both size tires are

1.9 inch or 48mm inner diameter and width 2.74 inch or 69.7mm......Need these in 12 or 14 mm hex

2.6 inch or 66mm inner diameter and width 4.47 inch or 113 mm.......need these in 14 or 17mm hex

Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched and couldn't locate anything. Wish there was a website that you could type in your measurements and it would bring up the wheels that would fit.

Well I finally decided being I couldn't find any wheels that would sure fit that were in stock any where I would try to make my own. Ordered some 4" and 2" round Derlin black and white plastic rod. Going to try and make my own wheels. I have a Lathe and a Mill so will see how that goes. I don't really like the black or white look but maybe I can paint them if its a success. Haven't quite figured out how to cut the hex insert in the wheel yet. Never done that before so will be a learning experience. If successful ill post up some pics. The Derlin rod should be here by Friday, maybe ill try aluminum next 🙂
