Paint on the brain-Copper

[JVT73]

Has anyone tried to mimic a true/real copper paint job? I like the Spaz Stix paints so, I'm thinking maybe Orange candy with a ultimate mirror chrome backer? Possibly lay down a gold pearl coat first?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
