one way bearing replacment?

Does anybody have step by step instruction on how to replace a one way bearing?

take the engine out of the car
remove back plate cover
remove old bearing
clean the engine shaft verrrrry good
insert new bearing
close back plate
assemble the engine back in the car.
cant get any simple than that.

take the mill out of your truck and remove the rotostart plate. the one-way bearing is behind the rotostart plate but still external so you can replace it that easily.

OK not to sound dumb but how do you take the motor out?

4 screws from under the motor and remove motor
