Hi there guys here is some footage of my Hpi Savage Flux with a Hero Go/Pro on board camera mounted inside the car doing some laps at Knox Off Road Electric Track in Melbourne, Australia, Some of the videos have me following other cars around the track so people can see how these cameras work for the r/c racing, Camera position is not perfect yet but I'm getting there.

That's pretty sick. But it's a record-only cam, right? No transmitter? I looked at it on the Traxxas site, and it seems godawful expensive...
I found an alternative I might be trying later:

2.5 ounces including the 9V battery, and it's tough enough to survive a chute failure from a couple thousand feet. The receiver can hook up to a TV, or a computer with an RCA input adapter.
The big advantages are that the video can be watched while running, and storage is remote, in the computer, so if you do hit hard enough to break the camera, at least you have the vid. And at $65, it's cheaper than most of the parts you'd break in any collision that could break the camera...

we tryed the cheap camera's first but the quility is no good, the hero go/pro has 5 megapixel camera and 3 minutes of footage is 300 megabytes so to have that sending over the air it just cant be done with a cheap set up.

Traxxas rebadge the hero go/pro 5 megapixel camera they are the same units

Sam, very sweet! Thanks for sharing.

Ascender, that's exactly what I have been looking for. I want to drive my crawler on my rock garden while laying in bed. lol

lol. After looking at the Hero, I'd probably spend the extra cash. The only real advantage to the BoosterVision is the idea of real-time running and tiny size. Believe it or not, I found out about those things from a show about ostrich farming. They were using an RC truck with a remote cam to monitor their flock, and also for cutting out.

Cheating on robin pmsl, thats funny, the flux is just my bashing toy i love racing my nitro and with a purenitro engine there is any wonder why i love it so much....

He is a magic man with engines, My next race engine will be the same a picco/ jammin but for now the k4.6 is still flying along.
