NITROMITE'S Fix For Body Clips

What you need

First thing to do is flattin the Beer/pop cap of you color choice. I like to use the corner of a center block

your sucsess should look a bit like this

next use the drill to do what a drill dose best

if you are good it should look like this

now use the file to size it to your body mount posts

the out come is great no more boby clips busting through your lid..wonderful

and they don't look that bad ..lol hope some one can use this idea

you also use a plastic body clip washer, might not scratch up your shell, good idea though

it really helps when the mount holes start cracking. it may be hillbilly but works great. and by this time who cares about scratches..don't do this with your new lid! just one you are trying to keep on..lol F1N

MITE you can also put them under the lid when new and it helps spread the load to keep them from cracking. They make plastic ones but I like your fav brew better 4 sure
