    Welcome to :hpisf:

as for :ercm: lots of guys are using the LRP 28 or 32 in theirs and having good luck..
In truth any of the available big blocks outta work decent if you have a bit of patience and a bit of skill tuning....
My personal Savage has an Axial .32 in it and it will run with most any other rig out there for bashing....

in this category you will find lots of good info pertaining to most nitro :ercm: out there...

Everything I have read on the LRP's are good, read thru the nitro engines category and decide for yourself, there are tons of reviews and user contributions to most threads there....

Don't count your engine out just yet, it could be when it stalled full of fuel the piston is stuck in the pinch. What kind of starter do you have, roto or pull?

I've been out of nitro for a while now so my knowledge is a bit dated but my favourite engine I've owned is a Picco .28. It is modded but is a really nice motor, consistent, easy to tune, will idle all day long and super powerful. I've had a couple LRP .32 and can't recommend them, my first was a nightmare to tune from day 1 and I discover the case had a flaw in the casting which was leaking air. The second was sealed but was only marginally better. People see to give the LRP good reviews though.

    Good luck.
