My idle is too high

My idle is too high so when i lift the car the wheels spin fast af and rpm raise but when i lower my idle needle it's better but when i accelerate and after i decelerate it stalls. Also if i trim it on my transmitter the car barely rolls (when i accelerate and after I decelerate it barely rolls, so it just brakes) who can help me? :_(

Reset all ya trims start from fresh n keep eye on ya carb settings ie idle gap ? You have manual for car is it new ? R clutch shoes in good condition ?
