Hey guys,
I'm working on a project to convert my brushed E-Savage to brushless. Now I got a problem.
When I run my car onroad it runs perfect but when I run it on sand the motor stops at full trottle. So the motor gets worm but not worm enouge to active the heat protection (105c).
The esc is still very cold (you can easlily put your finger on it). And my battery (NiMH 6cell 5300mah) is hot too (I came to know that that is very normal) you can hold it in your hand for 5-10 sec.
After the shutdown I just need to let go of the trottle en it works again. Not sure what why this is happening. The motor is a 5400kv hobbywing combo (max10) the esc is included in that set.

Btw I got two brand new NiMH batteries and both of them are working fine, so I don't think thats the problem. I run a 20T pinion.
