This will be a spin off of savagecre build up since he beat me to posting on it. I've wanted to do something like this for about a year and this is the first two bars. I've got some more fabbing to do and I need to really think about my next few additions to it but this kind of stuff is really fun, plus at .70 cents a foot I can afford to make a few blips. Oh and by the way I ordered some of the durafix aluminum brazing rod and practiced abit it's not to bad but we'll see if takes some abuse. Material used is 5/16" 6061 aluminum rod:40:

I've got some of the same stock of 6160 as you. Savagecre got it for me.

I have some ideas, but want to really think it out before the fab work.
I like your first two pieces there.

Good work on the uniformity of it. Keep posting.
