Hi

I have Losi BBs on my savage and the disks inside the shocks have holes that have a cone shape.

which way should the disks be installed? with the cones facing up?

That's up to you, how do you want it set up?

With the smaller end of the tapered hole facing up you will get slower compression but faster rebound, with the larger end of the tapered hole facing up you will get faster compression but slower rebound.

=)

With the smaller end of the tapered hole facing down you will get slower compression but faster rebound, with the larger end of the tapered hole facing up you will get faster compression but slower rebound.

Ditto but I think you meant to say down instead of up. Londoner has got you covered.

^^^^^^^^
I misread the post, his original post is correct.

thanks guys! I understand how the tapered holes effect the decompression/compression stroke on the shocks now.
