Just want to let you guys know that the carb has a metal sleeve around the plastic. If you twist the carb to much trying to remove it the sleeve can sheer off and become loose. If this has happened to you just drill 2.5mm through the sleeve and tap M3. Put a grub screw in and file it to suit the sleeve. This fix has worked great for me. Saves you buying a new carb. Hope this will help some of you guys out.

Or you can epoxy it into place, let dry overnight and reinstall with much less hassle... either way will work but glue is easier to do I think...

I am a supervisor of a toolroom so just got one of my guys to fix it for me. So drilling it was the easier fix for me. I did try glue it twice before but it came loose again.
