Looks like the nut came loose and a spring and hex washer are gone now and clutch is obviously not engaging. Any good place to find a replacement kit part# 104240 i belive or any aftermarket options ?

Was also seeing some places are selling slipper clutch delete kit bit not sure if it's a good idea.

Thanks.

Found some jerk on ebay selling the spring/washer/bushing for nearly $30:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/HPI-Racing-87042-Spring-4-9-x-8-x-7mm-Washer-4-3-x-10-x-1mm/224042234581

For that kind of money, I'd by a few normal 4mm (or 5mm, can't recall the size) washers and a small file to make my own washer.

The one for the old t-maxx might fit... I'm not 100% sure, but they were made somewhat similar:

Take a dremel and cut that bushing in half, then you have your washer. If it fits. Might be worth the $4 to try it out at least.

Slipper clutch eliminate kit is only recommended when you have a Center Differential:
