I have done 2 bodies now

red Krylon Fusion on the outside of my savage body

and a blue painters tape job with Pactra on the inside.of a GT-2 body

I was wondering who all makes bodies that will work with the savage besides Proline and HPI. I found doing these to be fun and would like to do some more.

Most all the 1/8 truck bodies can be made to fit the Savage line of trucks... Looks like you did a good job with the 2 ya have done...

Impressive job, you should post up some prep pics to let us see how you want about doing those. How is the krylon holding up? I have thought about using it myself but was afraid it would just chip off over time.

This time of the year I haven't run it enough to tell yet. The red one managed to rub some paint off on gravel but it is painted on the outside.

I have a '70 1:1 Bronco. The next body I do will be Bronco body. I'll be interested to see how this turns out.
