humppack install

well i recently got the 1500 mah hump-pack form onlybatterypacks.com and i installed it on th front shock tower like i was told on the instruction manual for the h/pack ...but i notice when i put it on there,it is nearly impossible to put it on the small area flush...the only way is to put it catty corner to the tower...and it is hard to access the pins if i wanted to move my body pin tower...i thought i heard of a mod where you can take a battery box and trim it and the 5 cell would fit in there perfect and mounts with no problems..it will sit flush.......please help

Not sure what your setup is, are you running a midtank? If not that hump pack should fit right in you box.

I just attached the Rush battery box straight to the clips that hold the body posts on. Than ran a small screw through the inside of the box into the shock tower and its sold as a rock.

Soldered parallel would make for a 1.2V hump pack. hehehe

It's in series my man. That makes a 6v hump pack rated at 2500mAh. :jamout: :FarleyParty:
