Where do you have the single 4S pack? Does it fit in one of the side battery boxes or is this a converted nitro that you have it mounted somehow?

I moddified the stock battery tray first because i only had 1 6500mah 4s pack but i only use 5000mah packs an they just fit.. ill take some pics for ya ...

I can't believe the two bottom mounts is enough to keep that on the truck when jumping. With just a 2S pack in there, I've snapped off both the top and bottom mounts on a harsh landing. I made new upper mounts out of angle iron... never did get back to dremel those down so they don't look so awful.

Hahaha they don't really like you said on harsh landings ive droke quiet a few but its the side ones that break not the bottom ones.ive put bigger screws in the bottom two mounts an i need some new ones for the side of my savage hp.
The hpi brackets are very brittle and they snap ....ive bought some battery tray from ebay that are exact copies of the hpi ones and the plastic is alot more flexible you can actually bend them by hand with enough force they seem alot better in my opinion and they were only £20 for the 2 tray and all the brackets and screws.
