Some 15 yrs ago I fitted extended side chassis plates which made the truck going by existing body mount holes & new ones made on body shell 30mm longer & if I remember had to use Hot Bodies Extended Dog Bones front & rear to make up the difference. If these break & needed replacement what Savage models d/bones would be of same length?

Cheers ??

I’ve never broken a centre shaft on any of my 10+ savages
I don’t think you’ll be needing replacements
Any time soon

Good to hear that, I guess that’s why mine did not break club racing most weekends! ??

That's funny. The last time I had my X out, I broke 1 rear center dog bone. All I had with me was an old HPI/HB center cvd. I then broke 2 pins in that, then called it quits!

Before that, I never broke a center bone either, but I had broken cvd pins, which is why I had a dogbone in it... guess it was just a bad day!
