Help needed

Hi all i have just bought a savage 25 I'm having trouble with it starting i fitted a new medium glow plug and itl sometimes start but as soon as i take the starter off it stalls then wont re start all it does is floods so i fota take the gp out turn it upside down and de flood it then same happens again its been in the shop as i had fit new brakes and radio gear 2.4 they assure me its ok as they ran it and tuned it also but I'm cracking up with it please advise wot i can do thanks mark.

Ok set it back to factory settings but it starts a little better but runs crap

Try running it with the gas tank half full. You will have to tune it again.

It will due Tue it being rich. Is this the stock savage 25 motor?
