Having some trouble tuning my 5.9 engine after the midrange adjustment needle fell out

The engine starts bogging when I try to lean it out, uunable to get full performance. Any ideas would be appreciated.
 
Put the mid needle back in , set it flush with the case and put a dab of permatex hi temp sealant across it to keep it from moving, then adjust your high speed needle 1/4 a turn in to lean the high end and try again.....

it really is not necessary to quote messages either.... but if you insist on quoting please leave spaces or a couple lines so it all doesn't run together
