Good shock oil weight for jumping and bashing over rough terrain?

was just wondering what the best weight for shock oil is for the mentioned in thread title? right now I'm running 50wt in my alumium BB shocks on my flux. thanks

the "best" is what you run and like.

i had 30# in my nitro truck with big bores.

40# in my flux with d8t shocks but i think i might try me some 50#.

in my sport bigbores i like 25wt from losi. thats with the flm ext lcg chassis. when i had the sidewinder fred i ran 60wt losi oil to help with the added wieght and the angle of the shock. i had 14mm shocks on it

well thats the thing i don't know what i like i just put stuff in there and go, lol

was only using the 50 cause the LHS recommended it as to be a good weight.
