well, finally got around to mid-tanking my savage.
i used 2 blue ofna slider kids, rpm rc10gt radio box, racers edge aluminum antenna mount, flm servo plate, cen matrix 125cc tank.
i didnt get step by step pics, it was too early and my camera takes horrible pics in the dark.
just a bunch of pics, lmk if you have any questions. i know they are blurry, but that is the best my treo can take.
throttle/brake linkage
servo plate with my jr st126mg servo
modified 4-way ofna servo horn (upgrading to aluminum)
if you look at the very inside mounting holes, you can see i dremeled them out for a specific reason.
top view of the battery box mounting. i drilled out the upper brace for the lst shocks, and had to dremel the shock tower to fit the pan head screws behing the mounting bracket
switch mounted in the rpm receiver box
top view of switch (i know its crooked, I'm not too hand with a dremel yet)
rpm box mounted (slightly downward anglt to help with runoff of the mud, water, and dirt that may get up there.
overall view of the truck, engine isnt mounted yet, so thats why the fuel tube is running to the back of the truck.
LMK what you all think. i have to get a new rotostart plate so ill let you guys how it knows tomorrow.
