Clutch bell durability

Depends on how good your mesh is, what type/ size of clutch bell it is and how much your clutch bell shoes slip. In short, the more you heat it up, the shorter the life span. Now I don't have an octane, but I've been running my RR clutch bell for years now without issue.

Ok, thanx.

I will make some kind of cover for the gears, to avoid sand and stones to get into the gears. I think that is the biggest issue for me.
Though the last one was shredded by the engine not being properly fastened, for some strange reason. Must have forgotten to tighten the bolts.

Note to self: after service, always tighten engine bolts before running.
