Carb spitting a bit

hi guys i noticed that the air fillter on ,my savage 25 was a little wet when i was cleaning it afte a session. So i started it up took the air fillter off and noticed that while the engine was runing the carb was spiting a bits offuel out,=.

what could be wrong with it or is this ok.

do you have a zip tie on the bottom of the airfilter?

I wouldn't worry about that too much bro !

NO GUYS IT IS NOT RUNNING TOO RICH, thats what i thourght at first but the truck is running fine.
