Byron's Fuel

Hey all. Went to my LHS last weekend, but haven't had time to post this yet. I went to check it out cuz I haven't been there for a couple yrs and to ask a couple questions. One question in particular was about Byron's fuel. The guy who worked and has been there since they opened and actually pretty knowledgeable said that Byron's went out of business not to long ago. I haven't had the change to do my own research and was just wondering if any of ya'll heard anything. I'll update once I get the time to do some research/investigating.

Well, that stinks. I've been running byrons for over a decade. I haven't bought fuel in a couple years, I bought 4 gallons the last time I made the trip to an LHS that had it, then started running electric. The last gallon I have should last me a couple more years. lol!

THAT BLOWS, BOUGHT 4 20% NITRO 16% OIL QUARTS LAST YEAR SO HAVEN'T LOOKED .

wow, that sucks. can't say I'm surprised though, nitro in my area has taken a huge hit. nowadays anyone who runs nitro runs a traxxas so naturally just buys their fuel as they don't know much different.

i always used sidewinder as thats what my LHS always had in stock

Last time I checked a few weeks ago, Amainhobbies.com had some listed on their as in stock. Just wish I had $215 to order a case.
