are high speed needles supposed to be super easy to turn?

hello on my savage x 4.6 i just noticed that the high speed needle is very easy to turn, it doesn't seem to be turn or loosen on its own when driving but the very minimal force with a screwdriver can turn it, its very effortless. i can't remember how it was when i first got the truck because its been years but just curious if this is normal? or do i have to fix or change something? i was just expecting it to have more resistance aha

If it holds tune and doesnt move position then don't worry. If you fully remove the needle and inspect the o ring, then you may find that it has a flat profile and not round, suggesting a new o ring maybe needed in the near future.

You are probably fine, as long as the needle stays in place/doesnt turn while driving offroad.
if it does, try a tiny smutch of loctite in the middle of the threads of that needle e.g. less then a drop.
