That looks like an exceed car to me. as for the engine it is a basic rtr engine by the look of it. I have seen the whole rig rtr on e bay for less than 100 bux

I just want to know what size motor and needle settings its an sh motor but can't seem to find it on there site I emailed them with pictures but have not heard back yet

Well its a bb you can tell from the mounting screws' locations. Also you don't really have to know the stock settings just run it and see where they're at.
Its pretty easy to tell
