29cc engine

Hi all need some help

I am sure some where there is a post however I have just got myself a Baja and a new 29cc lump for but what I want to know is the following

I bought a 30mm stuffed crank
1mm cooper gasket
And some other bits

Now the question is, is if I put the 30mm crank in with the 1mm cooper gasket with the 29cc head and piston kit then it will be a 30.5cc but with a 29cc displacement

Or is there more I need to do

Any info or help would be good
