Erratic Throttle Behavior

Had this exact problem today after installing a fail safe...took the fail safe out and still had the same issue. I think I have tracked it down to the ON/OFF switch because when I would tap the switch I could hear it cut in and out. I hooked the battery directly to the receiver and it seems to...
