    Perfect, thanks man, I think I'll give this a try. So what kind of difference will I notice if I put 10k in the front and rear diffs?

    I have a Savage X 4.6 RTR...with aluminum diffs So would you reccomend leaving the grease in, or taking that out and adding diff oil? I'm just a basher, both on and off pavement, if that makes a difference.

    So I'm reading alot of posts regarding oil in the diffs. When I took apart my front diff to rebuild it, no oil came out of it, and no oil went back in. I just greased up the gears and that was it. Should I have put oil in? If so, what should I use, and what's the best way to put it in...

    So, turns out that it was part number 1433 that was my problem. The starting pin/pressure spring. The parts were still there, but they weren't intact anymore. The pin had gotten grooved from the spring, so it wasn't allowing the pin to move in and out to catch the shaft. Thanks for your help...

    the actual rotostart is also fine, it cranks no problem still...i'm just gonna take my engine in tomorrow, and let the shop figure it out

    i mean the roto wand, when i turn everything with that, it all turns normally like it should

    checked that too...nothing is stripped, no broken teeth, if i put the rotostart shaft in and turn it by hand, everything turns as it should...this is wierd!
