problem with the steering (turning)

hi ther I'm I'm a little bit of a pickle and need some help i got a savage 25 4.1cc and it was working fine but i went up a kerb and now it wont turn. it gets stuck in the middle but if it is past the middle either to the right or the left then it will move to that direction but not the opposite...
