.28 wasp idle/clutch problem..HELP PLEASE

I'm new to nitro and this is a head scratcher. I just installed a .28 wasp on a older .25 Savage. I also installed new clutch shoes and springs HPI#87151 at the same time. I'm trying to break in the motor but I cant get the clutch from engaging unless I drop the idle down until it stalls. The...
