    Savage X4.6 tuning problem

Yeah, something like that, one gallon is 3,78 litres. Anyway, today i drived several off ground test drives in my garages table, and after little tune in transmission i finally got it shift to second gear, but as you guess, shift was very soft and it was really hard to hear that. So next, i had...

Okey, finally got new exhaust gasket and changed it (there were no signs of damage on original one, but just for sure) also double checked that carburetor is opening proberly, everything was ok. I think its working much better now ( at least i got temperatures back around 120c) and its much...

    Savage X4.6 tuning problem

And second test drive today, checked slipper clutch (no signs of slipping) and also looked inside of transmission, nothing unusual there. I think i got it working little bit better again, just need to tune HSP very carefully. What is best (right) way to measure temperature? Immediately after...

    Savage X4.6 tuning problem

Sounds logical... In weekend i have planty of time to check the carburetor. Also ordered green slime today, i believe i got it before weekend. Is there anything to know when dismantle carb? Just take off carburetor and then unscrew needles and they come out that way? Is there anything that i...

    Savage X4.6 tuning problem

Visited in garage today and checked my LSN, looks like its in stock setting (hadnt have no need to tune that) is it still possible that screw is too rich or too lean? Also noticed that i don't have to screw HSP so much than last summer, in last summer optimum spot was somewhere in 1-1,5 turns...

    Savage X4.6 tuning problem

Hi! And first of all, sorry for my bad english. I'm kind a noobie with these, so maybe this is stubid question. I buyed my Savage about a year ago, last summer goes pretty well and all worked just line meant to be. But in this summer, just feels that i don't get all of power out of engine. I...

    Engine protector/roll cage

Yes, i have problem with engine heater, not with glow plug igniter. Like this one: https://www.modelsport.co.uk/skyrc-nitro-engine-heater/rc-car-products/385222 I had used heat gun earlier, but i think that engine heater is better, especially in offroad conditions, no need for 220V, just 12V on...

    Engine protector/roll cage

Hello everybody! I'm running Savage X4.6, and i need some tips with engine protector. I have standard protector, but its little bit tricky with engine heater. I mean, i want to put engine heater on engine without removing any body parts or protectors. Is there any aftermarket protectors or any...

    Savage X4.6 destroys servos

I picked up new throttle servo (Savöx SG-0351) yesterday. I only can hope that lasts longer than previous servos. Theres still few weeks time to bash before weather goes too bad.

    Savage X4.6 destroys servos

Yes, i always charge it after driving. With full battery and 2x Savöx 0251MG servos truck works fine about 2 tanks, then it starts to qlitch (i buyed clitch buster for that but hadnt drive so much so don't know does it work)

    Savage X4.6 destroys servos

Hello! Is it normal that Savage eat servos like bread? I had driven about 4 litres of nitro, and allready need to change: -2x standard throttle servo (sf-10w) -standard steering servo (sf-20w) -upgraded throttle servo (Savöx 0251MG) I use standard radio with glitch buster and 6v hump pack, what...
