NOOB Question

Hi guys, I have a completely stock savage x 4.6 and I am thinking about changing the wheels and tires. Will i have to change the gearing or anything else, and will this tire wheel combo work? wheel- http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/3173/ tires- http://www.hpiracing.com/products/en/4853/
