    transmission not shifting

    Hi, i have a savage 25 with a 2 speed gearbox but since i fitted a k5.9 engine it just would shift i have tried adjusting but nothing helps. so i what to set the gear box to factory settings and start from fresh with the more powerful engine in. so what are the factory settings? Many thanks

    gear box help

    hi guys, I'm trying to tune my savage 25 gear box to engauge the second gear later, but once i have spun the spur gear and wheels ect, until the hex screws are visible, there seems to me 2 visible, about 3-4 mm apart. So which one do I change :/ ?and do I go clockwise or counter clockwise...

    removing shims

    hi, i have decided to remove two out the three shims on my sts 30 (leave the silver) but as it is used I will have to do a small fuel brake in, so should I remove the shims after the fuel brake in or will it not matter. sorry about all these questions. thanks.

    hi guys, i have just bought a STS 30 engine for my savage. i just really want to know whether you have any tips or advice on the engine, things that i will/ should do to make it perform better. or any parts which will definitely need changing. (as they will brake instantly). thanks for any help.

    carb sticking?

    hi guys, when I let go of full throttle my savage carb seems to be sticking and stays open about 3-4mm. Is there a fix or is it a new carb? i do have the return spring (which is brand new as I thought that could be a problem) and it is the nitro star 25. thanks for any help.

    rd logics twin exhaust fittting

    hi guys, I have just bought an rd logics twin exhaust for my savage, I have fitted the manifold and the spring but it is insecure and easily moved. however there are to long attachment poles (i guess to secure it) but were do there attach on to? thanks.

    I have bought I k and n style air filter of ebay for my savage and it seems a bit big the measurement are as followed: diameter 50mm height without neck 37mm the engine is nitro star-25 so basically is this to big. thanks.
