K5.9 Glow Plug
Got the 5.9 running and seems to run pretty good. Just wondered what plug people are using. I have the original R5 and tried a MC8. Can't say I noticed a difference, but the engine isn't fully broke in and haven't leaned out too much yet either. I know generally the bigger the engine the colder...- Bill_G

K5.9 Tear Down
Hi, just registered yesterday. Great forum. I just picked up a used 5.9 engine. I'm tryin to tear it down, but can't get the piston/rod out. Got the sleeve out of the block no problem. When I try to slide the rod off the crank it seems like there isn't enough space. The rod only moves enough...- Bill_G
