Truck idle out of whack

I'll try to make this as short as possible, while still giving any pertinent info to help troubleshoot the problem. I finally broke my truck in Saturday(Savage 4.6 RTR) and did some mild tuning before we ran out of light. It was running great, not having any problems at all. Well yesterday...
