drive shafts with Rear Integy Carriers binding on Savage XL

I just got a set of Integy Rear carriers to eliminate the turnbuckles on my XL. I ripped off a turnbuckle when it cartwheeled. During installation, I noticed that when I tried to install the upper arm to the center hole position, the drive cup would bind with the drive shaft. I tried both...
