HELP!! Stripped M3x12MM screw on engine mount!

HPI Part # Z544, its a M3x12mm screw, holding my engine on the mount. Countless clutch shoes (on my 4th set now, hopefully the Nova's will last longer than stock, MIP, and HPI Alu's...) and tranny mods have put unfair wear on it, and it is stripped. I tried angling the hex wrench, tried vice...
