Sluggish engine/ newbie

New RC world. Bought a used Savage4.6. Was running fine for a bit and then it turned right sluggish. Engine seems to rev fine but it lacks speed and wants to quit on acceleration. It`ll idle but soon as I give it gas it wants to stall as well. My mainconcern though is how much throttle I have to...
