Team ***. LRP Z.28R ..Factory Specs correct?

hi guys, a question based on your experience and knowledge.. based on a straight long stretch dragrace would the above engine have a chance against the RB Concept TM728? both identical savages, same spur gearing,clutchbell,wheels,fuel etc.. rb engine has rb matching exaust and lrp not sure...
