Looking for Custom Dog Bone Maker

Anyone here have access to make a custom length dogbone? I bought a 1.5" extended TVP on ebay about a year ago but lost track who it was and now have a problem because the ends are worn out and will need a new one. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. The length I am looking for is...
