5.9 oneway bearing blues

OK guys I have a 25 , a 4.6 , and I just got an XL. I can't seem to keep the oneway bearing in the XL working. It has the internal style bearing unlike my 25 and 4.6. Hpi has already sent me a new one and after about two tanks it slips so bad I can't get it started, which is really ashame...
