I don't know how it happened but its a very complicated process!!!!
A couple months ago i switched the servos in all 4 of my rc's(1 electric and 3 nitro) to 6.0/7.4v servos thinking it would be an easy switch over.......NOT
in an electric, IF your speed controler cannot be switched to 7.4 servo...
I was a yamma-hammer fan myself when i still played with those type toys. YZ-490 for the win
my fat-decrepit ass couldnt even get on one anymore, that why I own 3 Harley's now.....lol I have learned to enjoy some of the better things in life!
Savage really is/was hard to beat (literally and figuratively), BUT BUT BUT BUT,
right now there are issues with the parts supply chain. Hpi was sold out some time ago, and its my belief that they(present owner) have no intentions of keeping the savage line alive. If they had intentions of...
yea, but good luck trying to run that 7.4v in a nitro unless your ready to sacrifice more money on radio gear that are 7.4v LiPo compatibale.
i put all 7.4v servos in 3 trucks a few weeks ago, and was let down after trhe fact to find out my radio gear probably wont handle that much voltage
wise choice....
better to not just second guess and sell it dirt cheap. get the kid as much as he can for it......he owns traxxas, afterall, and will need it
T-maxx is pretty squishy, even If you try to de-squishy it, it wont be able to withstand anymore power than what the 3.3 puts out
jut rebuild the 3.3 or replace it with another.
My first Rc was a tmaxx 3.3. i spent alot of money fixing that POS. everytime i ran it it broke soon after starting...

I need me a couple sets of those!
A little time spent cleaning it up and inspecting it for issues will net you a better price
clean it up a bit. empty the nitro out of the tank and slap it on ebay. don't auction it and don't accept offers. auctions just brings out the worst in the cheap-asses and best offers bring out the...
