I thought of the big bores but for the cost to me its not worth it. I'm still using the stock springs as well, have it set kinda soft to not wheely do much and lands perfect. Been thinking of a stiffer spring rate but not sure what one I want.
I am running all of hpi plastics including the shocks the only thing that isn't is the a-arms from rpm. As for the mill why not go big or go home right? Have a lrp .32 sitting between the tvp's just waiting to get a new radio now.
When I smoked my 4.6 I looked at rebuilding it but, it would end up costing more than buying new so I dropped the ball and got a lrp .32 but have yet to even run it cause I now need a new radio set up.
Have a dx3 and found out tonight I need a rx its a sr3000rx I would like to find a new one if I can and not cost alot or can it be fixed? Not in the market for a new set up.:nailbite:
Just got a lrp. 32 waiting for a few more parts and figure out the steering and then on to the break in. I've read so many ways on break in what's the best one now days?
After 6 long years I'm almost done with the rebuild. I put my steering together and gave it a quick left to right just to make sure everything was good, but no so good the servo isn't moving and it "springs back to the center" doesn't mater if it's left or right it springs back. Something to tight?
I am rebuilding my ss and came across a package from awhile ago and I have a servo spring from the ofna pirate has or is anyone running this spring? Likes or dislikes give me some feedback.
I spent the extra money on aluminum shocks and they kept bending so I built the stock plastic ones from my kit and other that a hard wreck that bent 1 steel rod I have never had any issues with them and couldn't be happier.
