    Hi Mickey, I paid £130 for the conversion kit, not sure what that is in $ but I think its really cheap as in the UK the BP diff upgrade kit is £35 each. So in the long run it's a big saving :smiliejam:

    I'm using these LiPo's This radio As for the radio I haven't changed any of the settings..... I have reset the ESC as the manual & its still playing up. Thanks guys for your help so far Pat

    I think it's set to auto LiPo, I'll have a good check over it tomorrow & plug the laptop into it. I have a spare ESC but I'd like to find out what the problem is.

    Were do I start? Before I always load the flux into the car, I always check it over & yesterday I found a problem! I powered the old girl up only not to hear the beeps from the ESC, but some really funny sounds & the LEDs were going mad. I'm also not getting power to the motor, now what...

    Lol cheers Thanks a lot, I really love the way it performs, I changed over to the HD gears in the tranny but thats the norm anyway apart from that no down time with the wheel setup, plus it will pop wheelies as & when on 4s

    Spot on, 24mm hpi hubs then I got the 5b wheels with the dirt buster tires. But the dirt busters didn't last long so I went with the badlands, which are doing much better. I've got to say that i haven't had any problems with this setup! Thanks Pat

    Cheers lol electric is great! I've got a X & an XL, now I've got the flux's they don't come out the shed! But I do miss the smell of nitro
