    Updated - I was finally able to contact the seller. It turns out he was selling it for his friend, who had been less than honest with him. The seller refunded a good portion of the purchase price to help me pay for repairs.

    haha, no worries, it takes a lot more than that to make me feel picked on! I was able to fix the pull start this morning, so they can't say that I have ruined the truck. (Wow, it is a pain in the *** getting that spring back in there!)
